PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A style of Yoga that cultivates active flexibility, strength, and mobility. Students can expect to sweat, to make their heart beat, and to connect movements with their breaths. Strong Flow (Vinyasa) is a beginner level class with more advanced variations offered to students seeking to up the intensity of their practice. Jiu-Jitsu students will find benefit by learning how to breathe in tough situations.
