Seeking physical and mental balance to increase immunity and prevent stress and anxiety? Or an athlete looking to recover after strenuous exercise? Restorative Yoga can help you achieve your goals.
The use of many props in Restorative Yoga will allow you to hold shapes longer and breathe deeper. The benefits of Restorative Yoga are numerous and include: discovering and releasing muscular tension, improving mobility, balancing the nervous system, and eliciting the relaxation response. This class is ideal for beginner practitioners of all ages.
