GENTLE FLOW (YIN&YANG) YOGA PROGRAM SCHEDULE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this beginner level class, students can expect a balanced practice of dynamic movement and static postures to promote mobility. Yang is active and develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility by moving with the breath. Yin is a passive and slow moving practice that focuses on muscular relaxation and myofacial release by using props to help students focus on their breath in seated, reclined, or prone static postures.
